Hey Tony, where’s your rebuttal from yesterday to Nick R re ‘the sealing of rural roads’ in the 3 year cycling programme thread? You seem to have gone quiet on it.
The argument wasn’t circular, you said you weren’t getting a fair deal. Nick R took the trouble to point out you were, you said he chose the wrong road, he said he’d redo the calculations on any road you nominated. So far no nominations from you.
Point out the circular bit there? Seems quite linear to me.
He’ll be back, with the same old ‘fair deal’ comments, any rebuttal will be ignored…
Edit, It was always going to become circular, he wont agree with me I wont agree with him.
It’s your pattern. Complain about not getting a ‘fair deal’ and then ignore any evidence to the contrary. You are welcome to actually post some facts showing that you aren’t getting a fair deal, but that has been lacking.
So you are admitting that regardless of evidence, you won’t ever change your position? That’s pretty thick
“The completed Ernie Pinches Bridge” was completed and opened seven years ago. Did they close it then reopen it again as part of the current project?
Why does that ernie pinches crossing come down the side of the warehouse and then go left behind the watehouse before crossing?
If it came down the side and just went straight over there it would be far more direct if you were trying to reach the street network on the other side and i bet it would feel way less dodgy at night.

I reminded myself that circular arguments on the internet are pointless. They just go round and round and end up nowhere.
Why do you ask?

They closed the Ernie Pinches Bridge and added another tower and made the bridge longer.
Hopefully this will be the last motorway built in the Auckland region – ever again.
